Actually, I don't think he will. If he's going to speak up it will be publicly, because I think he believes that he acts on principle.

In other words, if he thinks it is imperative to his moral compass that the world know what he knows, he will speak up. If he thinks it must remain classified, it will remain classified. He won't sneak around. Others, however, might.
