I thought they telegraphed the Ghost Rider return when they re-explained what happened to him earlier in the show. But they kind of needed to at this point. It seems like that happened ages ago. This season has been great, but so much stuff has gone on all the ghost rider stuff seems like it could have happened 2 seasons ago.
