anxiety") that drove the results of the election. We have a culture war going on. I think the end result (assuming we can make it through) is inevitable and it results in acceptance. But the change can be turbulent. I believe we're really in a period akin to the early 60's civil rights movement. The one positive of all this is that it seems (so far, and we'll see if it can be sustained) to have awakened and motivated a previously apathetic portion of the electorate who finally feel a real threat. Let's hope it carries on.
