ST is smarter - I need a simple, free app to join a dozen small video clips into a single video. Recs?

For Mother's Day, I have spent the past five months slowly dubbing all of our old VHS tapes to .avi files. I've pulled short (30 second - 3 minute) clips that show each of our six children as newborns or toddlers. I want to show her how grateful I am for the towering act of service and sacrifice it was for her to be their Mom.

I am, of course, repeatedly bawling at the scope and emotion of it all.

But neither the utility I found to dub the videos over to .avi files, nor the second utility I found to make the clips, has the feature of combining files.

I agree with Ender. If you can get it on your PC, Windows Movie Maker will do the job. Otherwise, get the on your iPhone and use iMovie -- nm - oblique May 10, 11:05 1
