Personally, I think he needs good health and a complete reversal of fortune to be on the ticket in 2020.

I don't think there's even a 30% chance. He doesn't have the temperament, he got off on the wrong foot, and he's burned too many bridges.
Pride's the only thing that would keep him running, and I think he'd have a strong chance of getting primaried.
