I've heard many performers who say the toughest time for them is alone in the hotel room after a show. The show is what they love, feeds them energy

and adulation and then after the show they're sitting alone in a hotel room feeling lonely, still with adrenaline flowing. It's hard to sleep and hard to calm down. That's one of the reason so many turn to drugs.
