They've been really good at not taking on older guys with long or bad deals. They've shown patience and I think that'll continue.

I can see them making some kind of a deal or two for starting pitching but they really don't need to do that unless CC completely blows up. They're playing this year with house money. They shouldn't be winning this much this early as we still have a lot of guys in AAA that will eventually fill out the team. I don't think the Yankees are going to give up the long term plans for a shot this year. I think they'll mostly use what they have unless they can get a sweetheart deal or someone that they can control for multiple years for a good price. They don't need to make a big move, there's a lot of talent to come.
