There are hundreds of videos showing how women in Mexico make they tortillas from start to finish.
As for the story, I see no problem with them opening a tortilla truck. If there's a need people will fill it. If someone with Mexican heritage thinks they can do it better then they should open their own cart and compete with them. I don't see the issue. We have people of every race making all kinds of food here.
