making tortillas and selling them out of their food truck. Am I only allowed to make and sell American or Italian American food? It's a ridiculous argument and would cause restaurants all over the country to close if we only wanted people of that culture to make the food. People from all over make food in our restaurants and rarely is it the food they've grown up eating.
