Looks like Priority Pass, if you have that, can get you access to the Minute Suites at PHL but only for an hour. The suites accommodate up to 4 people.
Priority Pass can get into the Alaska Lounge at PDX, but no guests for PP folks at that lounge.
There are three PP lounges at Calgary, one in the international departures (no good for you I presume), one in transborder (definitely no good) and one in Concourse A. Not sure if A is domestic? "Maximum 3 hour stay - Children under 2 years are admitted free - Smart casual dress at all times (no shorts, baseball caps or football shirts allowed)."
And YUL has a PP lounge, with great guest benefits (7 free guests!) BUT....not accessible to US transborder passengers, which you will be
