I'm sure it varies by state, was wondering if there was another statue related to drugs and/or drug/alcohol mix

Like if you are high out of your mind on PCP (if that's a thing that can happen? I think it is?) and hallucinating and driving, can you be nabbed for DUI even though you have a 0.0 BAC?
