the point 08 level is the legal definition of intoxication, before they had limits you could argue that you were lucid enough to function

now you can be charged it even if your BAC was barely registering IE: extreme exhaustion a friend got a lvl 2 citation because he fell asleep at a stop sign. that's a double wammy on your insurance because its equal to reckless and endangering. so combining alcohol and some drugs can make you loopy. especially in elderly when some drugs start to effect you more....Benadryl is supposed to be a sneaky bastard
