Here it has the people's attention and we're complaining constantly. As for the politicians, they're hearing it regularly these days. -- (edited)

They seem to understand how bad things are getting and how much worse they're going to get if they don't do major improvements. Now it's matter of getting them to speed up the processes and start doing the work.
