Is it? Really? I guess I don't see why it should be. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs on the subject and given that it is a matter of

faith and not verifiable fact, there is no conclusion for anybody to draw (other than the one they started with). Not that it's impossible to have interesting discussions on the subject with people, but I just don't see why it's important to do it. For some it is an important question (but they've already got their beliefs). For others it's simply a distraction.
