got a call from City Hall yesterday

the average housing unit in town uses 5,000 gallons of water a month

my tenant, a single guy living alone, had used 67,000 gallons last month and has used 48,000 so far this current billing period

called him up, "Oh yeah, the toilet has been constantly running but I didn't think it was that big a deal"

I banged my head on the desk while I texted the plumber
