Wally became the Flash in 1986 to 2009, and returned last year.. Barry was Flash from 56-86 and returned in 2008 and is still The Flash as is Wally

just because Barry is trapped in the Speed Force for a few years, it doesn't mean he stops being the Flash -- nm

It irks me because the TV show and the movie both give Barry a boyish star-struck charm, and that was never Barry. That was Wally.
