I know Fultz is considered the #1 but the Celtics don't need another point guard. They need a 3 but there isn't one worth taking early at that spot. -- (edited)

Jackson at the 2 fills a role for them but not really a hole. Avery Bradley gave them good production at the SG. Jackson could be all world and will eventually push Bradley to the bench.
I'd go for Jackson if I was them or the Lakers. But it's a big risk to go to the third pick because of the reason you said. I could see someone jumping them and then they're looking at Ball on their board.
