The maximum payout for the machine is $6,500. Resorts World tells The Associated Press that the state gaming commission has said the casino can’t legally pay Bookman even that amount because a malfunction voids all plays.

BBC News has the selfie she took that disproves the last sentence. And if the $6,500 max was posted, the casino should have offered that.

Alternately that screen showing it is printing the millions ticket on $6500 max machine clearly shows a malfunction -- (edited)
