They've been working on Western Ave. by my house for about 18 months now (no exaggeration). They pulled down the flyover on Western over Belmont.

It's now been "done" but for just putting down the final layer of asphalt for about 3 weeks (with various blockages of lanes, narrowing to a single lane, etc.) at points, with no further change. Just finish it!!
