There's another angle here besides the pseudo-horror bit. According to Wikipedia she's 16 and she's highly sexualized in some of those videos. -- (edited)

Flip it on its head and say she's not a minor, then there's still the disturbing combination of "kawaii" infantalization and sexuality.
