There was an old couple ahead of me and they hit every flag at the security stations.

First there's the attendant who checks whether you can get in line in the first place. But they didn't have their tickets in-hand.
Then they got to the TSA passport check and that seemed to be a challenge, too. Both of them stumbled and bumbled for minutes.
Then there was the trays. They had trouble emptying their pockets and taking off their shoes and held up the line in such a way that people couldn't get around them.
They still missed something because they set off the metal detectors and had to be wanded.
On the other side, one of them forgot their phone in the tray. But that's OK, because they had some kind of good wrapped in a newspaper in a bag that needed to be investigated.
