Which is basically a swipe at pre-existing conditions. If you've gone without coverage because you're healthy and then get sick or injured -

that's when you're likely to go looking for insurance.
I remember being in that position - believing I had a problem but refusing to go see a doctor until my group insurance kicked in. Fortunately I survived.
