I remember standing at a window years ago in SLC with one of our board members at the time, someone I knew to be an irish catholic, looking out at Temple Square. he said something like it was remarkable how so much could come from someone making-up stories; and I countered with how that could be said for pretty much every religion. after a pause, he laughed and said I was right.

(he suddenly passed away years ago now, but I still think about him sometimes - such a good and decent guy, and a really great representative for corporate america. had been an IBM exec, etc.)

- not everyone agrees on the origin nor how it should be implemented (just at temple or all the time), but the talmud has head-covering - b. Jun 26, 12:51
