What really blows my mind is the All-NBA incentives--basically cost George and Hayward 30M each and cost Pacers and Jazz their superstars

Had they been voted on the 15 man, all-nba team--
Both guys could've gotten $207M contract--now, they can ONLY get $177M contracts from their teams...so they are both leaving and going to places where they can get $137M max contracts
Really-because they want to switch teams, it'll cost them $70M--just crazy numbers.
