I'd have to run the numbers on maintaining two homes for a family of four (plus the other expenses for a family of four) after taxes. They won't be paupers by any means, but not sure it stretches are far as one would think, with DC prices.

Responses:

They don't need a luxury place in D.C. They can easily afford rent of say $1,600 a month. That's just under $20k for the year. They still have $154k - Krusty Jun 27, 06:53 14
