Where do you want to live? It seems like you could go to any neighborhood you'd like but if you're happy where you are just stay.

I read Brooklyn was the most expensive rental market in the U.S. and yet I still see nice apartments in nice neighborhoods around $1,600.

i guess i never count one month, because if you paid last month at your current place, you don't pay for that month, which balances one month at the

Which is true and usually you get your security back which helps as well. Though, you do need to pay for the apartment earlier than you would pay your

Yup. Some places it's just the first month and security but nearly all ask for two and security.

There can be application fees as well if you're looking at certain places like a co-op. But most people use a real estate agent and they get something
