It can add up.

i guess i never count one month, because if you paid last month at your current place, you don't pay for that month, which balances one month at the

That assumes an overlap of a few days (at least) for moving in lease terms, which is not always possible -- nm

Which is true and usually you get your security back which helps as well. Though, you do need to pay for the apartment earlier than you would pay your

Also we don't have a security deposit coming back to us as my landlord here didn't ask for one from my gf when she moved in 20 years ago. -- nm
