Which is true and usually you get your security back which helps as well. Though, you do need to pay for the apartment earlier than you would pay your

rent for the next month and before you get the security back so you need to have the money for the new place ready. It's a good chunk of change to drop at once though like you said it balances out in the end. I just need to have the chunk ready to drop when I find a place I like.
