Just trying to figure out the timing here. Like what drove this all to come about 25+ years later?

(Not saying the decision is bad or anything, just wondering what drove them to take action at this point in time)

There's been previous enquiries over the years which were pretty much cover ups and it's taken families of the victims this long to get this result. - LMS Jun 28, 07:39 1
