There's been previous enquiries over the years which were pretty much cover ups and it's taken families of the victims this long to get this result.

Basically David Duckenfield's decisions (or lack of) caused the deaths and previous enquiries never said that.

They reopened the death inquiry when it was proved the medical examiner signed death certs for victims hours before they actually passed -- nm - zeitgeist Jun 28, 20:42
