Ignoring all the rest of this, his argument is that the smart people failed, so the dumb people should get a shot.

The smart people succeeded. Then, the dumb POTUS broke all the toys. Then, the smart person rebuilt new and improved toys. Now, the somehow much dumber POTUS is trying to break *everyone's* toys.
So, that was a LOT of typing with no purpose. And it's -me- saying that.
