He should keep it behind closed doors. He wasn't just being honest. He was giving excuses. Yes, Arrietta was bad. So was he. He also through a

ball into centerfield. This isn't the first time this has happened either. He can be right that Arrietta was making his job tough, but still a) bear some responsibility and b) deal with it privately. Arrietta owned up to the fact that he sucked last night. Montero made excuses (right or wrong).
