Related - I bought Christophe Adam's Eclairs cookbook as a gift for Coolio (he's the origin point of the current trend for fancy eclair shops)

Recipes inside include hot dog, smoked salmon and wasabi, and foie gras and parsnip.
It all sounds gross until you realise that eclairs and just choux pastry, and the sweet flavours come from icing and cream.
So if the donut is plain like a Yorkshire pudding, this could be OK. (Though if, as I suspect, it's a regular Tim's donut, gross)
