Generally 1 can of Diet Coke/Coke Zero in the afternoon. Rest of the time Diet Snapple Iced Tea or zero calorie flavored waters (maybe sparkling). -- nm

I drink usually 1 Diet Dr. Pepper daily. Maybe 1 Diet Dew. Otherwise it's all water + kool-aid no sugar things you squirt in the water for flavor -- nm
