another part.
We have a complicated radiant heat/snow melt system that works with our regular hot water system and while it is all really nice and great when it works, when it doesn't it is a huge job. If we have to replace the whole unit it will be another 10 grand. Ugh. I don't want to put that much more into it and I'm getting sick of cold showers. This sucks.
