I tried a little experiment in Montreal. In Tinder, I could get 2 matches for every 10 right-swipes.

That was mind-blowing to me. Because here, it's like 1 for every 100-200 (no joke). A 1% match ratio (if I'm lucky). In a town of 50,000 people, even if they were all single women, that would be a pool of 500 matches. Of course, that's not really the case because we have to remove all the children, elderly, male, and married people. So let's say 3,000 single women. If ALL of them are using Tinder and I get a 1% match ratio, there's 30 women for me to match. That's basically what my future boils down to.
