RM: the saskatoon sauce recipe

3 cup saskatoon berries
1 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground mustard
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp salt
3 clove garlic
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
corn starch to thicken

The original recipe originally had 2 cups of water in there to boil down the saskatoons in - there ought to be enough liquid in the other stuff to work, but it may be worth it to not caramelize some of the other stuff unnecessarily.
