I watched A League of Their Own with my GF. I have to say, I think it's my favorite baseball movie ever

It's one of the few movies that's very much all about playing the game, while other movies focus too much on politics (Moneyball, Eight Men Out) or use baseball only as a pretext for another story (Field of Dreams)
