typical thermostat (turns on to heat water to temperature, then turns off until temp drops and then turns on again), they installed one like a circuit breaker (when water hits temp it shuts off until you press a button to turn it back on). Wouldn't be able to get the right one until yesterday. So all weekend we had hot water, but we had to go down to the utility room and press the button a couple of times a day. Yesterday they came and installed the right one. They also told us we should de-scale the system. They didn't tell us that process would make the whole house reek of sulfer. Woke up this morning, no hot water. Not cold, but basically lukewarm was the best it would do. So no hot water, the house smells like shit and they're coming back again today. This is ridiculous.
