I expect the House to quickly pass the sanctions bill that the Senate passed 98-2 last month.

they've been slow-rolling it, but given this is pretty damn clear at least someone on Trump's team (his own kid ffs) was playing fast and loose ... there's no quarter they can afford to give the White House.
