I think the answer is maybe a little more complicated than yes/no.
It would surprise me if the WWs are not vulnerable to any fire.
But they also have a defence mechanism against it - they can freeze the air around them (or something), which puts out any normal fire.
Does wildfire burn intensely enough to overcome the freezing process? Maybe - we know it's not an ordinary fire, that it burns intensely and doesn't get put out easily, and there's certainly magic involved in making it.
If they're at the epicentre of the Sept of Baelor explosion, they are probably toast.
But, say if you're flinging wildfire across a battlefield by catapult and score a direct hit, maybe the WW's magic would be stronger and it would extinguish the fire.
Conversely, with normal fire, soaking a WW with oil and then setting it alight with normal fire might not work. But dumping them in a vat of molten steel like the T-1000 might work.
