I was on one that was struck on final approach. pilot mentioned it after landing (I saw it at the time as well). he was totally unfazed.

basically calm pilot drawl: "some of you might have seen a flash just as we were landing, that was the plane getting struck by lightning. nothing to worry about, happens fairly regularly, and the planes are designed for it."
