As of this moment, maybe not. In the near future, though, we would be.

The people he has appointed to positions (like DeVos) are worse than having those positions unfilled. So worst case scenario with her is that all her nominations are blocked. Which is better than the people Trump has given those positions to.
We wouldn't have millions of people about to lose their healthcare, many of whom will likely die without it.
We wouldn't (or rather, I wouldn't) have the fear that RBG can't last until such a time that the Court won't swing conservative.
We would probably still be in the Paris climate agreement. We would also likely be taking other steps to improve the environment.
