Basically we were getting our 2nd bathroom's floor replaced and wanted it to look great so we hired HD to do it.
It's not great and my wife has been mostly trying to get them to sort it out. They've been quite resistant to rectify the problem, so if they finally decide not to, I'm going to nuke them via social media.
In a way I kind of hope they refuse to fix it.
