Also, now is a great time to hatch eggs and do mass evolves.

You get double exp for everything, lucky egg makes that 4x exp. You get extra stardust and candy and it takes 1/3 the distance. So drop your 10ks in incubators and hatch them with a lucky egg.
I think it's a little over 1/3 distance as 2k eggs are now .7, 5k are 1.7, and I don't know about 10k yet. They are probably 3.4 as it looks like it's all rounded up, though they could be 3.3.
