I contacted through the app, but here's their CS email address from subsequent messages about issues.

you'll need to send the same info they ask for - username, version, platform

sometimes they're responsive, sometimes not - they don't seem to like to correct game errors, which is frustrating. they closed my last complaint (what was supposed to be day 6 of catching a few weeks ago went back to day 1) without a fix, and only learned it was closed because going to complete their satisfaction survey about the ticket told me that - grr.
