Interesting....today at the dealership was the first I'd heard about this.

Basically, after this November I risk a $2500 co-pay or I can go ahead and replace a (possibly fine) radiator for less than a $1000.

So... if it breaks, you're out of pocket $2500, but if it doesn't, spend $1000 to avoid breakage? Sounds like insurance.
