Last night I spent hours trying to remember exact dates of employment for every job I've had since high school. I can barely remember what I did last week, let alone when I quit a job 20+ years ago.

3 professional references, including my current employer? Um, my current employer just finished eating his Fruit Loops and is now playing on his Kindle. He'll have to get back to you.
