We were up there touring the Shawshank prison and our contact knew the owner of the Bissman Building, which served as the newspaper office from the building, so we took a tour there.

We were mostly interested in the Shawshank, but he also went into a lot of the ghost stuff. The waiver we had to sign to tour the building specifically forbade us from using a Ouija Board in the building because bad things had happened when investigators had used them in the past.
