The attribution is reversed there, btw it's Luis Fonsi & Daddy Yankee feat. Bieber. it's not his song at all.

It was actually around for months before the Beiber version was released, then it shot to #1 (where it's been for 11 weeks now)
the video with just Fonsi and Daddy Yankee has way more views.
